Self catering accommodation on Niue

Niue Holiday Homes have a selection of fully furnished, self catering and renovated village homes, offering budget/standard grade accommodation. Travel to this beautiful South Pacific holiday island and you will be met at the airport where you can pick up your rental and your hosts ensure you safely reach your Niue accommodation.

Presently Niue Holiday Homes operate between March and November each year while the hosts are in residence.

Holiday activities includes swimming with dolphins, island bush walks, local forest explorations, nature tours, cave diving, and whale encounters in the July-October months as well as much more!

Vekula Holiday Home

The Vekula Holiday Home is close to the beach at Avatele village in the south-west of Niue. The Avatele sea track leading to the canoe landing, beach and reef pools are just at the bottom of the garden. You're a few steps from sheltered swimming and the reef. Over the road is the village green and church. Come home after a day out exploring Niue and relax. Settle down with a cool drink. A breeze can come either from the sea or land. Wander down through the garden track for a swim. On the weekend, the nearby Washaway Café, the local gathering place from late morning until whenever in the evening, is nearby for casual meals and a chance to socialize. Aliluki South House

The Aliluki South Village Holiday Home is close to Alofi Village, the main town. There is a bush backdrop to the house and over the road are expansive sky views to the west. Spectacular sunsets are a bonus. Aliluki South is a fully furnished house that comfortably sleeps up to six. As you are centrally positioned on the island, you have short easy trips to local attractions. Heaps of space and lines for stowing/hanging dive gear. (click on picture for more pictures)

Damiana Units

These compact adjoining units face onto the village green at Avatele Village in the SW of Niue. A few minutes’ walk to be beach for swimming, great snorkeling and one of the Island's dive departure points. Relax in the private garden, walk across the the Washaway Cafe on Sunday for lunch and on into the evening, or a leisurely walk to Israel Mart for ice creams. Each unit will sleep up to 4. There is a separate double room and 2 single beds in the spacious living area. Marketed only to one party at a time, so will accommodate from 2 to 8.

Fred's Fale

A very compact little fale that has a small kitchen, separate shower/toilet and an open plan living area with a double bed. Fred's Fale faces the Avatele Village green, and it would be 2 minutes to walk to the Avatele Beach for swimming, snorkelling. It is also a dive departure point. Ideal for the solo traveller or a couple.

Sifa's House

Located in Fonuakula and set in a quiet clearing, Sifa's House is to the south of Alofi, the main town of Niue, and less than 1k from the airport. Sifa's House has 4 bedrooms, 1 double and 3 king singles so ideal for a group of friends travelling together. A spacious verandah gives outdoor space. Well located for easy drives to the swimming, snorkel and dive spots on the western coast, and the walks and scenic sites on the eastern coast.

Evo's House

In Alofi South, about 1k from the main township of Alofi, Evo's House has 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin room, plus a bed in the living area. Great for family stays or a small group. Well located to visit all the highlights of Niue, and not far to the evening eateries. Set in a small subdivision, Evo's House is in a garden setting with a spacious verandah on the eastern side.
