MS STINGRAY

This extremely comfortable and spacious liveaboard with its experienced Crew an unbeatable value-for-money, attracts divers from all over the world.  Nitrox is available onboard, free of charge for certified Nitrox divers.  Padi/NRC Nitrox courses can be held on board on request.  Dive Guide Kuday's famous 'sixth sense' for picking the perfect dive spots for the changing seasonal conditions have led to MS Stingray's impressive whale shark record: since January 2004 every single safari group had an encounter with one or more of these gentle giants.  If you enjoy diving in international groups and want to experience exciting and fascinating diving whilst being looked after by true Maldives experts, MS Stingray is the right liveaboard for you.

Rooms: There are 9 x double cabins: air-conditioned with en suite (hot water) and WC, exterior window ;   4 x double bed rooms ; 5 x twin rooms: 4 with one slightly bigger and one standard twin bed, 1 with standard twin beds.

The Salon: has a TV, VCR, DVD, HiFi and comfy bar. 

The Decks: 75sq m Sun Deck, deck chairs and mats are available. Seats on quarter deck are sun/rain protected, stairs and platform with ladder for easy water access, fresh water shower facilities outside.

 SIREN MALDIVES

The Siren is a beautiful vessel with 7 sails and an expansive leisure deck area. It has a spacious air-conditioned saloon with cocktail bar, 42 inch flatscreen & computer server supporting the inter-cabin network. There is a covered outdoor dining area and 7 large air-conditioned cabins each with their own personal computer, audio-visual entertainment system and ensuite bathrooms with hot water. All rooms have extra’s including bathrobes, hair dryers, towels, individually controlled mood lighting and individual controls for your air-conditioning unit. For the preference of our guests we have 1 double cabin with an additional single bed (ideal for families) at the bow, two twin cabins where one of the beds can be made into a double, a further two twin cabins and two cabins with three single beds. The Siren Maldives offers a laundry service and a massage service and has a Yacht Boutique, which will make available to customers Worldwide Dive and Sail merchandise, including towels, hats, log books, t-shirts, shorts and lighters just to name a few items. Enriched Air Nitrox is free for all certified Nirox divers. If you are not a certified Nitrox diver all our instructors can certainly teach you the Enriched Air Specialty. The Siren maldives is accompanied by 2 high-powered Zodiacs and you have the option to waterski and /or wakeboard, and you can make use of kayaks and fishing equipment.

It is a good way to visit several islands, or unspoiled dive locations, far from resorts. This gives you a wonderful opportunity to see inhabited islands unaffected by tourism and discover idyllic, uninhabited islands that will draw your breath away.

 A typical holiday vacation in the Maldives is for a week or ten days. Any less than that and one misses out on the fun and action. Most will be staying at one resort but why limit yourself when you can hop on a luxury cruiser and explore many different islands.  On a typical trip, the ORION anchors at night and cruises only for a few hours in the wee mornings, but this is enough to discover real cast-away desert islands, unblemished inhabited islands and remarkable dive spots. Expect at least one day of leisure fun on a deserted island playing beach volleyball, beach soccer or sea-kayaking or visit an interesting inhabited spot where some cultural entertainment night prepared by island dwellers will leave you giggling with amusement. Halfway through the cruise expect a barbeque on a desert island; other evenings include a Maldivian dinner and bodu beru dancing display by the crew, and dinner dance with a live band. Spend another evening night fishing, sitting in a dhoni with baited line dangling over the side, waiting for a bite… and the list goes on.
