Ian Lockwood
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Ian is the Managing Director of Allways Dive Expeditions. Ian joined Allways Travel in 1989 in the retail section and moved to diving in 1990. He became a certified diver in the same year and has a keen interest in schooling pelagics and the history of World War II wrecks. Ian regularly leads groups to various destinations and has dived in New Caledonia, Tahiti, Papua New Guinea, Fijian Islands, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Micronesia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia's Great Barrier Reef and Victoria. Ian has also travelled extensively during his career in the industry and has visited Bolivia, Peru, Brazil, Paraguay, United Kingdom and Europe, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia , New Zealand and the USA where he spent 10 month's in Atlanta, Georgia.

Geoff Skinner
DIRECTOR

Geoff owns a portion of the company and is actively involved in operations and sales and marketing. His career in the dive industry started when he became the importer and distributor of Oceanic Dive Equipment in Australia in 1972. Geoff has seen a tremendous evolution in both the equipment and travel side of the industry. He regularly visits our destinations and is always on the lookout for what is new and interesting. Geoff has logged over 5000 dives and is a qualified dive master. He has an in-depth knowledge of Australian dive destinations (Great Barrier Reef/Coastal New South Wales/Western Australia/Victoria/South Australia and Tasmania), New Zealand, the Maldives, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia & Borneo, Papua New Guinea, Truk, Palau, Yap, Pohnpei, Saipan, Guam, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Fiji, Easter Island, Tahiti, Chile, Hawaii and California. Geoff is an accomplished underwater videographer and has been a consultant on many films. Geoff leads a number of groups to various destinations every year including the annual South Pacific Underwater Medicine Society conference. He is available to present an interesting and entertaining film evening for any group and will travel anywhere in Australia. Just email us your requirements.

Adrienne McKeone
Group Travel Specialist in WA

Adrienne commenced her career with what was National Australia Bank travel in 1979 as a junior consultant. After four years with NAB Travel and many exciting overseas trips gaining knowledge, Adrienne successfully applied for a job with Allways Travel Service in the retail travel department. Over a fifteen year period Adrienne has held a number of positions within the company, including international travel consultant, Fiji Wholesale Manager and Group/Incentive Manager.

The allure of the underwater world occurred in 1996 when Adrienne took up a position as a dive tours consultant in the expanding dive travel section. Adrienne is the co-ordinator of the SPUMS (South Pacific Underwater Medical Society) Conference, a group of over one hundred diving doctors and has travelled extensively to various dive destinations throughout Asia and the Pacific.

With Adrienne's move to Western Australia, Allways Dive Expeditions, in 1999 opened up a new office managed by Adrienne. Located in Wembley near Perth, this office caters specifically for the Western Australian dive market. It's a very exciting time with it's huge travel potential.

Jess Chrimes
DIVE TRAVEL CONSULTANT

Jess started with Allways Dive in July 2006. After working for Flight Centre as a retail travel consultant for 2 years, Jess made a move into Flight Centre’s wholesale department. From there, a decision to specialise in something a little more adventure oriented led Jess to her current position as dive travel consultant. Before working in the travel industry Jess lived in Scotland for just over two years, which allowed her to travel Europe, to destinations such as France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Hungary and Turkey. She has also visited Thailand, Fiji, China, Brunei, Chile, Argentina, Canada and Hawaii. Jess has learnt to dive in the coolish waters of Melbourne and is looking forward to experiencing the warmer waters of the tropics. in October of 2006, Jess was lucky enough to see allthat PNG has to offer, diving Kavieng, Madang and Walindi.

Tim Gilder
SALES AND MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR

Tim Joined Allways Dive early in 2007 after moving to Australia with his wife and family after living in Vanuatu for the previous 13 years. Tim spent six years working at Nautilus Scuba in Port Vila where he completed his rescue and Divemaster. He travelled back to Australia to complete his instructors with Tony Fontes at Airlie Beach and returned back to Vanuatu and moved up to Espiritu Santo where he managed Allan Power Dive Tours operating on the Coolidge where he completed thousands of dives. In 2006 Tim transferred to Bokissa Eco Island Resort where he was assistant manager before moving back to Australia. Tim has brought a wealth of knowledge on diving from an operators point of view and as a customer. Tim is both an SSI and Padi instructor with TDI qualifications. Most of Tim’s diving has been in Vanuatu but has travelled extensively through Asia and Europe. Tim is keen to learn more about all the other great dive destinations Allways has to offer so that he can sell them with the same passion as Vanuatu making your Dive Dream Holiday come true.

Tracey Ellis
DIVE TRAVEL CONSULTANT

Tracey is the newest recruit to Allways Dive Expeditions. Many of you may know Tracey as she spent 4 years at a previous dive travel wholesaler. Tracey’s passion for diving has lured her back into the diving industry. Tracey is excited to be working with Allways Dive Expeditions and selling dive travel once more . Tracey has dived in Vanuatu, Micronesia - Palau, Tonga, Papua New Guinea, Borneo and most recently the Philippines. She also spent 3 months travelling around Europe, visited Sri Lanka, Hawaii, and spent 3 exciting weeks in Egypt. Tracey is looking forward to preparing your next diving expedition.

Caroline Swinburne
DIVE TRAVEL CONSULTANT

Caroline joined us in May 2008, after having previously worked for dive centres in South Australia and Victoria as well as liveaboard dive vessels in Queensland. A PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer with many speciality courses under her belt, Caroline is an extremely keen scuba diver and dives regularly in and around Melbourne. With several years in the dive industry she has developed a passion for dive travel and is an enthusiastic underwater photographer. Caroline has dived in much of Eastern and Southern Australia as well as Malaysia and Vanuatu. Caroline has also travelled to the USA, Europe, Asia, and New Zealand. New to the travel industry, she is looking forward to exploring new areas of the world and looks forward to handling your travel bookings.
